Spring

Yesterday the twig was brown and bare;
To-day the glint of green is there;
Tomorrow will be leaflets spare;
I know no thing so wondrous fair,
No miracle so strangely rare.
I wonder what will next be there!

Nice picture of a Jack tree. It reminds me of the tree we had back home. My present tenants have cut it. I am very sad about it. Apt poem as well. Well done!

Jackfruit trees are scattered around Goa, and troupes of Langurs show a special inclination for them.
